(For the 2025-2026 season, Alter students presenting a Student ID will get free admission to ONE performance of each show in our season, for a total of 3 free tickets. We invite & encourage Alter students to attend the student preview performance, which is typically the night before opening night. Alter students who would like to attend a performance OTHER than the student preview should contact Mrs. Sears for assistance with obtaining a ticket for their preferred performance.)

TICKET REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY: While we cannot offer refunds on ticket purchases, we would be happy to exchange your tickets into another performance of the same show, as availability permits. Please call (937) 660-8976 or email altercastleplayers@alterhs.org for assistance with exchanging your tickets. If exchanging is not an option, we encourage you to sell or give your tickets to friends/family first, so that others may enjoy our performances! But you are also welcome to give them to the Box Office where we may use them at our discretion. Doing so as early as possible allows us time to redistribute the tickets to patrons on our waiting list, as our productions tend to sell out. Thank you for your cooperation & support!
